New CNC control retrofitting
Complete tear down and rebuild includes the following:
- New drive belts
- All new bearings
- All labor to tear down to each individual par t inspect & reassemble
- Grind spindle taper for R-8, #9 Brown & Sharpe or #30MMT
- New hard chrome on quill. Grind quill and lap head to fit
- Update lube system with new meters and lines
- Replace any worn or broken par ts
- Rescrape ways and Grind table
- New drawbar
- New acme screws and nuts
